Grilled lobster
Ingredients
- 6 small uncooked lobster tails, 250g each
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 2-3 medium lemons for garnish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the grill to full heat.
- Wash the lobster and dry it well. Split the lobster tail lengthwise between the shell and the lobster meat. Insert a skewer (item no.: 50702) lengthwise through the tail to prevent curling.
- To prepare the marinade, mix olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Spread the marinade on the lobster meat using a grill brush (Item No.: 14916).
- Turn the heat down to medium. Place the tails on the grill with the meat side down for about 1 minute. Take long grill tongs (Item No.: 14916) and turn the lobster tails so that the shell side is on the side for about 8-10 minutes or until the skin is red and the flesh is white. Remove the skewers and garnish the lobster with lemon wedges.
