Oregano-garlic rub

Ingredients

  • 50 g mild chili powder
  • 55g sugar
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 9 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ground ginger

Instruction

  1. Mix all the ingredients and rub them onto the food being grilled.
