Ingredients
- 50 g mild chili powder
- 55g sugar
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp thyme, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 9 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp onion flakes, finely chopped
- 2 tsp ground ginger
Instruction
- Mix all the ingredients and rub them onto the food being grilled.
