UV STANDARD CERTIFICATION:
The UV STANDARD 801 is one of the world's strictest testing and certification systems for shading textiles. The test procedure determines the UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor), which is used to indicate the UV protection factor of textiles. In contrast to other UV standards, which only test textiles when they are new and dry, the UV STANDARD 801 also tests sun protection textiles under realistic conditions of use.
